We aim to provide a safe environment for ALL pupils to gain knowledge, skills and understanding in Physical Education. Our emphasis is on student effort, progress and achievement relative to their natural ability. In Key Stage 3, pupils will experience a wide range of activities: Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Dance, Fitness, Football, Gymnastics, Hockey, Netball, Rugby, Rounders, Swimming, Tennis, Trampolining, and Volleyball. In Key Stage 3, students have five one-hour lessons over the ten-day timetable and three lessons in Key stage 4 (Edexcel). In Key Stage 4, we offer students an option scheme where they can specialise in activities they enjoy and hopefully continue to maintain an active and healthy adult life.
